These terms govern every charter across our fleet of 88 yachts and boats at Khorline. Departures run from Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour for cruises of two hours or more. All prices include VAT. Reserving your cruise and payment steps

To secure your chosen vessel from our fleet of 88 yachts and boats, we require an advance deposit of 30 percent. We do not hold charter slots without this payment. Prices range from 600 AED to 18,900 AED per hour, with a minimum duration of two hours, and VAT is already included in all rates. Our team answers inquiries within 15 minutes, operating daily from 9:00 to 23:00 GST to process your booking and finalize departure plans.

Provisions and guest arrangements on our vessels

Our vessels range from 33 to 164 feet and accommodate up to 90 guests. You do not need a passport or ID to board our yachts and boats. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks on board, including alcoholic beverages, with no corkage fee charged. We provide soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets on every voyage. Additional options such as catering, barbecue menus, bar service, water sports, fishing tackle, DJs, live music, decor, car transfers, projectors, and photographers can be requested beforehand via WhatsApp chat.

Safety coverage, crew, and operational responsibilities

Every voyage booked with Khorline includes an insured charter alongside a licensed captain and professional crew. Fuel for the planned cruise is fully covered in your hourly fee, with no unexpected surcharges at departure or arrival. The crew manages vessel navigation and supplies life jackets for all guests. Vessels depart strictly from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. Handling adverse sea conditions and itinerary changes

If bad weather does not allow sailing on your booked day, we offer two straightforward options: we move the charter to another date or refund the payment, whichever you choose. We coordinate this directly with you in the chat. Outside of weather events preventing departure, your 30 percent deposit confirms the vessel exclusively for your group. For any questions regarding your schedule, message us on WhatsApp between 9:00 and 23:00 GST, and our team will reply within 15 minutes to adjust arrangements or process agreed date changes.

Common questions

What happens if unsafe sea conditions prevent sailing?

If the weather does not allow sailing, we move the charter to another date or refund the payment. The guest chooses which option they prefer. We settle all scheduling updates directly with you via WhatsApp chat.

Can I receive a refund on my booking deposit?

A 30 percent deposit is required to confirm your date. If severe weather does not allow sailing, you can choose either a full refund of your payment or reschedule your cruise to another date through our chat.

Are we permitted to carry our own refreshments on board?

Yes, guests may bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol. We do not charge any corkage fee. We also supply complimentary soft drinks and ice on every trip across all our yachts and boats.
